PNC Bank Center was a huge disappointment compared to the concert itself. The rules and regulations listed on the internet were extreme and not fully enforced at the gate, adding to the confusion caused by conflicting and incorrect information online. Despite reserving and pre-paying for 3 chairs, the ones provided were broken. The chair distribution staff faced backlash from people due to the many broken chairs being given out. After struggling through the crowd to exchange the chairs, they were still broken, wet, and muddy, which was simply disgusting. The over-crowded lawn suggested that the event had been oversold, undermining the supposed COVID precautions in place. Consequently, $30.00 went down the drain.
